• Attentive® is the AI-powered mobile marketing platform transforming consumer engagement. • Drive measurable impact for revenue teams as a Senior Enablement Partner. • Support teams with knowledge, skills, content, and processes for success. • Build and deliver training programs for new and existing team members. • Define the enablement strategy with Customer Success leadership. • Measure and report on the impact of enablement efforts and productivity.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience • 1-3 years experience in Customer Success • Minimum of 2 years experience in enablement, training, or related field. SaaS experience preferred. • Project/ program management experience a plus • Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills • Experience working to develop and deliver training programs and tools, including e-learning and virtual instructor-led training • Proven track record of driving measurable business results through enablement initiatives • Strong cross-functional project management and organizational skills • Familiarity with enablement tools and technologies such as Salesforce, Docebo, Klue, Highspot, Looker, MixMax, etc
