• The Growth Specialist will focus on driving growth by expanding revenue within our existing client base in close partnership with the Account Management Team. • This role requires a proactive self-starter who takes ownership of growing a book of business. • Consistently seeks new ways to build meaningful partnerships and identifies opportunities that create value for both our company and our clients. • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust in our services.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the SaaS or technology industry • Experience in account management, upselling, or cross-selling within a B2B environment • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a high level of accountability and self-motivation
