โ€ข Narmi enables community financial institutions to compete against Mega Banks and FinTechs. โ€ข The Growth team focuses on expanding Narmi's market presence and building confidence with prospects. โ€ข As a Growth Executive, you'll sell the Narmi One solution and lead digital transformation for financial institutions.

Requirements

โ€ข 4-6 years of quota-carrying direct selling of enterprise SaaS software or experience selling and interacting with financial institutions โ€ข A track record of building a sales pipeline, strong prospecting skills, successfully negotiating and closing 6 figure ARR contracts โ€ข Demonstrable relationships with C-Suite stakeholders, preferably at community financial institutions โ€ข Understanding and proven success of how to convey the value of a platform solution โ€ข An ability to learn and apply complex, industry specific concepts โ€ข Prior experience of working with cross-functional teams (sales engineers, SDRs, product, design, marketing) through large deal close processes โ€ข The motivation, competitiveness and drive to exceed annual quotas selling highly complex SaaS solutions โ€ข An eagerness to learn and grow within a sales organization โ€ข Excellent verbal and written communication skills
