β€’ Acquire and qualify leads through various channels. β€’ Find new channels for lead acquisition. β€’ Convert leads into registered users through effective outbound campaigns. β€’ Develop and implement strategies to retain registered users and increase their lifetime value. β€’ Manage and optimize outbound call campaigns to ensure high engagement and conversion rates (registrations and deposits). β€’ Collaborate with the CRM and marketing teams to achieve KPIs related to user acquisition, retention, and reactivation. β€’ Analyze campaign data to make data-driven decisions and optimize future efforts.

Requirements

β€’ Proven experience in lead acquisition in online betting. β€’ User retention and reactivation experience in the online betting industry will be a plus. β€’ Hands-on experience managing outbound campaigns in a call center. β€’ Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with data to optimize results. β€’ Experience in using outbound channels. β€’ Fluent in English to communicate with an international team.
