This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of web technologies, user experience, and digital marketing within the B2B SaaS industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving meaningful outcomes via marketing-owned web properties, ultimately optimizing online platforms to support customer acquisition and retention.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media, web development, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. • 8+ years of experience in web strategy, with a minimum 3 years in a leadership role. • Expertise in web development technologies, CMS platforms (e.g,. WordPress, Drupal, Sanity, Webflow), and marketing technologies such as Salesforce and Google Analytics. • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, UI/UX best practices, and performance optimization. • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. • Experience working cross functionally to design ideal buyer journeys and digital experiences. • Proven ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with executives and C-suite stakeholders. • Demonstrated experience in leading a comprehensive website transformation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user experience best practices. • Strong background in project management, with a track record of successfully leading complex initiatives from inception to completion.
