Requirements

• 8+ years of in-house transactional experience in commercial law • 5+ years of experience negotiating SaaS agreements with enterprise customers • Understanding of full contract lifecycle from NDA to internal approvals through signature process • Great bedside manner when working through deals • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency editing and managing contracts using Microsoft Office and Google Product Suites • Growth mindset, enjoys fast-paced environment • Team mentality with flexibility to address unique issues • Licensed to practice law and in good standing
