Description

• Identify and pursue strategic opportunities for capturing volume ticket sales from targeted constituencies • Communicate with various leads to sell group and season tickets • Develop and maintain professional relationships with a wide variety of local, national, and international groups, including athletic clubs, schools, colleges, sports leagues, businesses, restaurants, etc • Maintain and keep detailed records and seating charts for all groups including outreach tracking within Salesforce • Serve as the primary point-of-contact for existing customers • Coordinate with internal and/or external constituencies to obtain price estimates & book reservations • Coordinate and/or process all phases of group contracts; book orders, secure deposits and payments for season and group ticket sales • Work closely with Marketing and Grassroots teams

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in outbound and inbound sales • Ability to build relationships and interact and communicate with customers in a face-to-face environment • Collaborative and flexible working style with the ability to work both autonomously (remote) and within a team environment (onsite) • Strong organizational and follow-through skills, with an ability to prioritize and multitask • Basic knowledge of Google Suite products • Knowledge of Salesforce a plus • Strong customer service communication skills • Previous box office or ticketing experience a plus • Willingness to travel to league locations, approximately 2-3 weeks each season • Flexible hours while onsite as game days occur on weekends and evenings • Legal authorization to work in the United States
