β’ To accelerate the GTM for the new product and our next company strategy, we are hiring a senior marketing leader to build and execute the entire marketing strategy for the US. β’ This position is the first marketing hire in the US and reports directly to the CEO. β’ Craft and execute a robust marketing strategy for the US market, with a focus on driving awareness, demand generation, and customer acquisition. β’ Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital ads, content, email, and events, to acquire leads efficiently and scalably. β’ Develop and oversee the creation of compelling marketing content that increase our brand awareness, customer engagement and organic website traffic, including case studies, white papers, blog posts, webinars, and social media. β’ Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize plans and drive continuous improvement. β’ Collaborate with our Japan marketing team to understand the best practice and leverage the resource. Also, as the first marketing hire in the US, you will have the potential to build and lead a marketing team as the company scales.
β’ 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of leading successful marketing strategies in the enterprise software space. β’ Proven expertise in SEO, with experience in monitoring SEO tools and building contents to improve organic traffic. β’ Strong experience in digital ads campaign management in multiple different channels with improving CPL and its lead quality. β’ Demonstrated ability to focus on return on investment, with a history of optimizing marketing strategies to achieve measurable business outcomes. β’ Strong project management skills, with the ability to execute large marketing projects by involving multiple people, manage their tasks, check the progress periodically, and deliver the outcome on time and within budget. β’ Excellent communication skills that enables smooth collaboration with other team members and craft compelling narratives to our audiences.
