β€’ Do you love to create delight through design and attention to detail? β€’ Are you a MacGyver who always finds a way to get it done? β€’ The Enterprise Leisure / Transient Sales Manager for AutoCamp & Field Station will be a strategic and key member of the sales team. β€’ Responsible for growing transient revenues across the AutoCamp and Field Station portfolio of properties. β€’ Securing, growing and nurturing relationships with FIT, Wholesale, Consortia, TMC’s (Travel Management Companies) and Corporate Travel Programs. β€’ Will be able to clearly articulate the AutoCamp value proposition to prospective accounts. β€’ Will have a track record of closing business, meeting and exceeding goals.

Requirements

β€’ At least 5 years of hotel leisure / transient sales experience preferably high-end boutique or resort destinations β€’ Multi-property group sales experience β€’ Relationships with and knowledge of companies, organizations and entities in the transient / leisure segment β€’ Track record success within a fast paced and revenue focused sales department. β€’ A demonstrated ability to foster long term-sales relationships. β€’ Ability and desire to prospect and secure new business opportunities. β€’ Experience selling destination resorts and boutique/luxury markets is a plus. β€’ A proactive sales approach and a natural drive to succeed β€’ Demonstrated ability and track record of consistently exceeding sales goals.
