📋 Description

• Autodesk’s Corporate Development team is a highly-visible and impactful team that has closed over 160 acquisitions • The Corporate Development Integration Management Office (IMO) is responsible for maximizing impact from our acquisitions • Reporting into the IMO, the Director, M&A Integration will lead the successful integration of acquisitions into Autodesk • Demonstrate strategic thought leadership and drive end to end integration strategy, planning, and execution for integration or divestiture projects • Drive accountability and closely partner with an extended team of 30+ cross functional integration leads across the company

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years leading M&A integrations in an IMO lead capacity, experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects • Ability to manage high-stress situations calmly and effectively • Ability to effectively motivate, manage and facilitate virtual and matrixed teams • Able to establish and build close working relationships • Ample understanding of the acquisition life cycle, integration planning, and familiarity with integration methodologies • Excellent communication, team building and negotiating skills, with the ability to effectively manage and facilitate virtual teams as necessary • Strong, team-oriented leadership skills • Self-starter, independent. Solid business acumen • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills. • Experience in planning, design, and implementation of complex, cross functional projects
