• Lead a team managing revenue cycle operations for ASC clients. • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. • Develop strategies to enhance performance metrics. • Analyze financial and operational reports for improvements. • Serve as liaison between MedHQ and clients. • Collaborate with clients to tailor revenue cycle solutions. • Conduct regular performance evaluations and training initiatives. • Stay updated on industry trends and integrate knowledge into strategies. • Evaluate and enhance revenue cycle processes and systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of five years’ progressive revenue cycle experience and two years management experience. • A minimum of three to five years of experience working with ASC revenue cycle billing and coding. • In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements. • Proven track record of improving revenue cycle performance metrics. • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in revenue cycle management software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Professional certifications such as CPC or CRCR are preferred. • Multilocation experience and strong subject matter expertise in Epic is an enhancement to candidacy. • Ability to analyze and assess training and development needs.
