📋 Description
• Ventricle Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced person for a full-time Interoperability leader. • A critical role and force multiplier, the Interoperability leader is an integral member of the team responsible for facilitating customer success through timely EMR data exchange between us and our customers. • The ideal candidate will have experience in startup environments, a proven track record in clinical data exchange, and expertise in EMR integrations. • Design and develop EMR integration strategy that meets clinical and business objectives. • Implement HIE strategy across customers and states ensuring VH EMR is hydrated with necessary clinical data. • Own relationships with vendors like Zus health and Kno2 and help drive integration strategy of those tools with core VH platform(s).
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT, with a focus on EMR integration and interoperability. • Strong understanding of healthcare data standards, including FHIR, HL7, and direct trust. • Experience with HIE strategy and implementation. • Experience with vendor relationship management and integration strategy. • SME in the EMR and HIE space, with a focus on evaluating new tools/vendors and emerging technologies. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Passion for healthcare and digital health.
