📋 Description
• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Ticket Compliance Officer to join our team. • The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring seller compliance, ensuring smooth operations of sales transactions, and identifying and addressing issues related to pending unfilled sales, manually listed purchase orders, and other compliance-related tasks. • Reporting to the Chief Consignment Officer, this role requires a high level of accuracy and a strong ability to work with multiple internal tools, including Monday.com.
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience in compliance, customer support, or similar roles, preferably within an e-commerce or sales-driven environment. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to analyze data and identify compliance issues efficiently. • Proficient in using platforms such as Mondy.com or similar internal tools. • Excellent communication skills to work with internal teams and sellers effectively. • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize them based on urgency and importance.
