Description

• As a Public Sector Partner Manager at WordPress VIP, you will build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of public sector partners. • By deeply understanding their business strategies and needs, you’ll support partners throughout their journey—from onboarding to expansion. • You’ll develop and execute high-impact strategies focused on partner retention and growth. • Your efforts will help build awareness of WordPress VIP’s products and services within partner organizations, through a one-to-many approach. • You’ll also collaborate closely with internal WordPress VIP Government sales teams to build a pipeline and execute our go-to-market (GTM) strategy.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a Partner Manager, Relationship Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Account Manager role within a technology or media company (SaaS preferred). • 5+ years of experience in US Public Sector Channel management. • Proven expertise in managing a high-volume portfolio of partners and consistently meeting/exceeding pipeline growth goals. • Demonstrated success in communicating and negotiating with C-suite and senior executive stakeholders within partner accounts and internally. • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to capture and maintain attention whether presenting, on the phone, or writing. • Deep experience in the North American market, with availability to work consistently within a North American time zone.
