Requirements

• proven track record of successful full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced tech environment • experience supporting roles across multiple business areas: e.g. tech, design, sales, marketing, etc. • exceptional stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to effectively partner with all levels of leadership • strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and demonstrate ROI • excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and present to executive audiences • demonstrated experience in implementing diversity and inclusion best practices in hiring • ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a globally distributed team • deep understanding of various sourcing techniques and channels beyond traditional methods • proven ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex recruiting challenges
