Requirements

β€’ Absolutely a must for you to be advanced proficient with Greenhouse recruiting, no exceptions. β€’ Advanced proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, no exceptions. β€’ Advanced proficient with a recruiting CRM tool such as Gem, SourceWhale, etc. β€’ Able to enrich talent profiles and write excellent job descriptions. β€’ Able to navigate Greenhouse and resurface prior quality candidates. β€’ Keep high quality connections with top talent for future re-engagement. β€’ Skilled behavioral interviewer. β€’ Data driven, manage by metrics, create own metrics. β€’ Continuous improvement mindset, highly resilient and reflective. β€’ Inquisitive with excellent goal-level questions in interviews. β€’ Move fast, type at 60+ words per minute, decisive, able to multitask. β€’ Excellent external messaging, grammar and spelling. β€’ Smartly leverage AI for better outcomes.
