Requirements

• 5+ years of technical recruiting and sourcing experience in either Design or Product • Expert sourcer and enjoy seeking out passive talent • Open to working on roles outside of Product and Design as needed • Comfortable taking initial calls with candidates • Almost psychic level of empathy and intuition • Communicate with clarity, thought, and precision • Enjoy building diverse, inclusive, and high-performing teams • Like working in a fast-paced environment • Experience working at a high-growth tech startup • Genuine passion for sourcing and everything that comes with it
