• As a Global System Integrator (GSI) Director at WordPress VIP, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of global system integrator partners. • Support partners throughout their journey—from onboarding to expansion—by deeply understanding their business strategies and aligning with their objectives. • Develop and execute high-impact strategies focused on partner retention, growth, and joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives. • Collaborate closely with internal WordPress VIP Sales and GTM Teams to build a pipeline and execute our global go-to-market strategy.
• 8+ years of experience in a Partner Manager, Relationship Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Account Manager role within a technology or media company (SaaS preferred) • 5+ years of experience managing global system integrator partners or large enterprise channel partners • Proven expertise in managing a high-volume portfolio of partners and consistently meeting/exceeding pipeline growth goals • Demonstrated success in communicating and negotiating with C-suite and senior executive stakeholders within partner accounts and internally • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to capture and maintain attention whether presenting, on the phone, or writing • Global market experience, with availability to work across multiple time zones, primarily North America and EMEA
