• Design exceptional products from start to finish • Iterate with prototypes at all design levels • Communicate in written, verbal, and visual forms • Collaborate with engineers for high-quality experiences • Contribute to Automattic products and open-source

Requirements

• Relevant experience with consumer products, remote work, WordPress, e-commerce, site editors • Ability to identify user needs and design solutions • Flexibility to work in different design fidelities • Ability to integrate feedback and iterate on products • Align business strategies and technical limitations positively • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma) • Strong UI and visual design skills • Familiarity with remote work
