β€’ Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders at enterprise accounts. β€’ Engage with customers to understand their challenges and identify solution gaps. β€’ Utilize domain and technical knowledge to remove barriers for customer success. β€’ Monitor customer usage and health metrics to enhance experience and outcomes. β€’ Partner with internal teams to advocate for customer needs. β€’ Oversee onboarding and implementation for new enterprise customers. β€’ Gather customer feedback and insights to drive product improvements. β€’ Provide regular updates and performance reports to customers and stakeholders.

Requirements

β€’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, consulting, customer success, account management, or a related field. β€’ Experience with a complex product suite is a plus. β€’ Experience working with F500 accounts, specifically Financial Services or Healthcare accounts is a plus. β€’ Must be based in the US with US work eligibility.
