• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders at enterprise accounts. • Engage with customers to understand their challenges and identify solution gaps. • Utilize domain and technical knowledge to remove barriers for customer success. • Monitor customer usage and health metrics to enhance experience and outcomes. • Partner with internal teams to advocate for customer needs. • Oversee onboarding and implementation for new enterprise customers. • Gather customer feedback and insights to drive product improvements. • Provide regular updates and performance reports to customers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, consulting, customer success, account management, or a related field. • Experience with a complex product suite is a plus. • Experience working with F500 accounts, specifically Financial Services or Healthcare accounts is a plus. • Must be based in the US with US work eligibility.
