📋 Description

• Support our global Sales team in administrative and operational tasks, organization, planning & implementation of strategies. • Create presentations, reports and statistics, and organize trainings and meetings. • Maintain customer and sales data in the CRM system (Salesforce). • Support at lead, quote and opportunity management in the CRM system (Salesforce). • Act as an interface between Account Managers, Professional Services, Order Fulfillment Center, Product Management and all related departments. • Support the global sales team preparing, processing and following up on opportunities and orders. • Planning, coordinating and following up on workshops as well as trade shows.

🎯 Requirements

• Convincing appearance and strong communication and teamwork skills. • Solution/process-oriented and analytical way of thinking as well as high self-motivation and willingness to constantly develop, pick up on and implement innovations. • Business fluent in German and English. • 3+ years of experience in managing software subscription renewals. • Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships. • Ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
