📋 Description
• Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden in Bezug auf Transportlösungen. • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Planung von Transportangeboten mit unserer intelligenten Software. • Koordination zwischen Kunden und internen Abteilungen zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe. • Pflege bestehender Kundenbeziehungen und Unterstützung bei der Akquise neuer Geschäftspartner. • Erstellung von Analysen und Reports zur Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen. • Aktive Weiterentwicklung der internen Prozesse und der eigenen Software für Frachtüberwachung - und abwicklung.
🎯 Requirements
• Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Inside Sales, Logistik oder Kundenbetreuung ist wünschenswert. • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil. • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise. • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Software-Tools; Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Microsoft-Office. • Kommunikationsfähig, teamfähig und serviceorientiert.
