• As a Customer Service Specialist, manage strong supply chain relationships. • Ensure seamless order processing, resolve issues promptly, and ensure timely delivery. • Adhere to company procedures and meet customer expectations consistently.

Requirements

• Proven experience in order fulfillment within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Exceptional analytical abilities for assessing and addressing customer needs. • Highly organized with excellent documentation and multitasking skills. • Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
