Description

• Support client's accounting and financial operations by ensuring accuracy in financial data. • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of financial positions and investment accounts. • Review and process financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. • Track and resolve discrepancies in investment data, maintaining accurate records. • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis for internal and external stakeholders. • Support the accounting team in routine tasks, including data entry, report generation, and administrative duties. • Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial operations and enhance data integrity. • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies in all financial activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Proven experience in financial reconciliation or a similar accounting role. • Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes. • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. • Fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent changes in schedule and priorities.
