•Build and cultivate deep relationships with key ecosystem partners such as VCs, Exchanges, thought leaders, Enterprise Blockchain vendors, etc in order to support the long term development of the Avalanche ecosystem •Lead as a thought partner, advisor and connector for the top projects in the Avalanche ecosystem through the full web3 project lifecycle including concept development, securing initial funding, and supporting the path to TGE and beyond •Act as a key stakeholder in the sourcing, assessment and deployment of ecosystem related venture capital investments •Work closely with ecosystem partners and top Avalanche projects to drive successful execution of our key initiatives and strategies •Own and play a lead role in fostering a vibrant community of top projects, VCs and other partners in order to make Avalanche the go to place for top tier founders to launch •Act as a thought leader by helping devise our ecosystem strategy and communicating the Avalanche tech, business, and marketing roadmap to ecosystem partners •Promote alignment across internal business lines to drive increased partner satisfaction and enhanced lifetime engagement •Strategize and conduct market research, synthesize findings, and propose recommendations to our ecosystem partners to foster joint value creation •Create systems and processes to drive proactive outreach and facilitate continual communication with ecosystem partners •Identify and manage strategic collaboration opportunities with key ecosystem partners in order to create ecosystem value •Build, design and maintain a comprehensive ecosystem evaluation framework
•Bachelor's Degree and/or MBA •8+ years of experience helping manage blockchain ecosystem(s) including strategy formulation, project support, external engagement •Demonstrated experience building and managing an extensive network of industry contacts •Experience working as an analyst/principal at a Web3 venture fund is a major plus (though not required) •Strong collaboration and communication skills of both verbal and written •Deep analytical and problem solving skills •Ability to work autonomously and prioritize •Passion for blockchain and Ava Labs mission
