Description

• Responsible for leading training and development across support teams. • Execute a strategy that ensures best-in-class practices are implemented consistently. • Align and develop resources to deliver on the company and business strategies. • Design and implement learning and development programs for onboarding and proficiency building. • Consult with business owners and team members to diagnose performance issues and design solutions. • Develop blended and scalable training solutions for global delivery. • Report and remediate training KPIs and maintain online learning management system. • Implement process improvements and create training for system enhancements. • Develop assessments that measure learner outcomes and manage the Learning and Development team. • Evaluate budget proposals and financial requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in leading a training function, preferably in a contact center environment. • Ability to apply sound learning principles, agile methods, learning technology, and program management skills together in the design, development, and maintenance of learning programs. • Program administration and coordination, including classroom facilitation experience, with instructional design skills and experience with adult learning principles across multiple cultures and learner profiles. • Experience working with learning support technology including Articulate, virtual classroom technology, micro-learning, etc. • Demonstrated business acumen. • Strong project management and organization skills. • Systems thinking; able to recognize patterns and trends in data, content, and customer needs which will drive program design and delivery. • Influencing and relationship building inside the business; builds a network of experts and resources to support programs. • Creative problem solver; naturally curious and can quickly research issues. • Can successfully deal with a fast-paced environment with competing priorities across multiple stakeholders and vendor partners. • Strategic thinker who gets things done. • Effective communicator and influencer with outstanding writing, editing, and verbal communication skills. • Excellent presentation skills and leadership skills, and significant experience working with stakeholders to influence to gain buy-in and advocacy.
