β€’ Hello, Director, Media Insights & Measurement! β€’ Freeosk is looking for a Director of Media Insights & Measurement who will report to the Vice President, Marketing. Our ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling through data. They have a keen ability to break down complex problems and can act as an insights advisor and educator for all levels in the organization. β€’ This role will be highly cross-functional by working across teams including Product, CX, and Analytics in addition to the primary stakeholders across commercial needs. Your time will be spent developing pre/post campaign strategic insights, filling knowledge gaps with external data and/or shopper research studies, and being the source of truth on how Freeosk products perform in the market. You will work closely with the executive leadership team to drive both short-term tactical and long-term strategic direction. β€’ To be successful in this role, you must have demonstrated experience in developing and executing digital marketing analytics, ad effectiveness reporting, and shopper research. You understand how to translate findings into actionable insights and influence change through data-driven storytelling. A strong understanding of Retail Media and CPG will set you apart as you help propel the organization to the next phase of growth. β€’ We work in a distributed environment. Our office is in Chicago, but you can be located within the continental United States. Travel will be required to our Chicago office from time to time.

Requirements

β€’ 7+ years of digital media measurement experience β€’ Proven track record of developing and actioning business-critical insights β€’ Understanding of CPG (brand or consumer) and Retail Media Networks is desired β€’ MBA/MS is a plus
