• About Magic • We are a leading modern outsourcing platform, connecting SMBs to high-quality remote Executive Assistants. • Our company came out of Y Combinator in 2015, grown to 1000+ remote workers. • As the Head of Paid Social (Director), you will lead our paid social media efforts.
Requirements
• 5-7 years of hands-on experience with paid social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) • Proven track record of managing paid marketing budgets of at least USD 100,000 per month • 3-5 years of management experience, including leading and developing team members • Deep expertise in Facebook/Instagram advertising, with strong skills in LinkedIn advertising • Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in services advertising • Strong understanding of marketing to US companies • Experience using Clearbit or similar tools (e.g., Metadata, Demandbase)
