• Driving thought leadership and designing, selling, and delivering patient access consultancy solutions • Hands-on project delivery requiring understanding of pharma/biotech client environment • Business development with an expectation to create and drive thought leadership • Projects include health system impact planning and stakeholder belief mapping/tracking • Sell, lead, coach, and deliver project work

Requirements

• Broad understanding of different payer/payer influencer stakeholders • Well-versed in national market access archetypes • High drive and resilience • Creative flair for developing high impact visual communication • Strong team leader to support GPASC practice and PAVE consultancy team • Extensive experience in specialist market access consultancy • Ability to shape and facilitate strategic discussions with senior clients • Experience of payer value drivers and decision making processes • Breadth of experience in pharma/biotech commercialization • Deep understanding of pre-launch challenges for pharma/biotech • Experience in developing senior multi-disciplinary client workshops • Significant depth in clinical and health economic data analysis • Experienced team line manager and coach • Exemplary proficiency in written and verbal English
