• Provide technical support to LATAM customers remotely from Puebla (Mexico). • Respond to customer requests via email, chat, and video call. • Manage and resolve customer requests or escalate to technical team. • Follow up on incidents to ensure customer satisfaction. • Support customer events and market development.

Requirements

• Native or bilingual in Spanish and English. • Reside in Puebla (Mexico). • Proactive and positive attitude. • Service oriented. • Passionate about technology. • Knowledge of our products is a plus. • Additional languages: Italian, French, Portuguese... • Creative with the ability to generate ideas. • Team player with curiosity for problem-solving. • Eager to train in a growing sector.
