Description

• You will be giving technical support to our USA customers, remotely from Puebla (Mexico). • Respond to customer requests via email, chat and video call. • Manage these requests and resolve them as soon as possible or pass the report on to the technical team for resolution. • Follow up on incidents and ensure customer satisfaction. • Once your knowledge of the product is more advanced: upgrade plans, post sales, module activation. • Support the team in other markets as needed. • Translation of online support for new launches (on demand). • Support at customer events in the market. • Support in market development and system adaptation.

Requirements

• Native or bilingual in English and Spanish • You live in Puebla (Mexico) • Proactive and positive attitude • Service oriented • You are a technology geek. If you know our products is a plus. • You are passionate about customer care • Knowledge of other additional languages: Italian, French, Portuguese... • A restless, creative person with the ability to generate ideas. • You like to work in a team. • You are curious and eager to find out what the problem is and look for solutions. • You are eager to train in a sector that is constantly growing.
