Description

• The Customer Success department is a key player, as it is an opportunity generator in customer relationship management • This department comes into play once our product has been sold, and works towards the success of the product and the benefit of the customer • The main goal of the Customer Success Department is to understand in depth the business of our partners, knowing exactly which of our products can help them develop their business • Oriented to increase software adoption among customers increasing their loyalty, so that their business is strengthened • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers • Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries • Understand customer needs and ensure that software products or services meet those needs • Implement and develop processes to improve usage and satisfaction at different levels of existing customers • Ensure that customers effectively use and fully benefit from software solutions • Resolve customer issues or concerns quickly and efficiently, working with internal teams where necessary • Identify opportunities for cross or up-selling within current accounts • Work closely with technical support, development and product teams to manage implementations, resolve technical issues and ensure delivery of upgrades or new functionality • Provide detailed reporting on customer product needs for possible development • Regularly track account performance, report key metrics and analyse data to identify improvements • Inform the customer about product updates, new features or enhancements

Requirements

• Native or bilingual in Spanish and English • You live in Puebla (Mexico) • 2-3 years of work experience in sales or account management • Solid knowledge of software products • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to solve problems in an efficient and customer oriented manner • Proficient in the use of CRM such as Salesforce and other customer management tools • Previous experience in account management in the software or holiday rental sector (useful) • Familiarity with B2B and sales processes (useful) • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills and a focus on the quality of work (useful) • Experience in SaaS (Software as a Service) software sales (useful) • Ability to work in a dynamic and goal-based environment (useful) • Average knowledge of excel (useful)
