Description

• Responsible for planning and delivery of customer directed buffer/media outsourcing projects. • Facilitate Avantor’s response to customer RFI and RFQ for custom buffer/media projects. • Assist customers in refining their outsourced product design requirements. • Author statements of work (SOWs) to ensure alignment between client requirements and internal capabilities. • Define timeline and resource requirements for assigned projects. • Develop and maintain a master project plan that includes project milestones. • Ensure all project deliverables are completed per the committed timeline. • Manage internal project team meetings and project governance calls. • Track and report project performance to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Communications, Sciences or equivalent field is required. • Minimum 5 years in a project management related role is required. • 1-3 years’ experience working in Biopharma Production industry highly preferred. • Experience and/or knowledge of GLP/cGMP environment is a plus. • Experience working for a CDMO organization is strongly preferred.
