• Responsible for leading a team of Field Access Managers (FAMs) • Oversee all field-related access activities • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to drive access and foster strategic partnerships • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture focused on excellence and continuous improvement • Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure optimal market access and reimbursement for QUTENZA
• Bachelors’ Degree from an accredited institution required or equivalent experience • Advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience • 7+ years in pharmaceutical/medical sales, with demonstrated progression of responsibility • 5+ years direct management of a field access team (preferred) • Proven first line leadership experience and developing high-performing teams within biotech or pharmaceutical industry (preferred) • Demonstrated success in strategic planning and execution of market access/sales strategies within buy and bill and specialty pharmacy promotion
• Long-Term Incentive Plan (cash plan) of 25% base salary • Incentive annual compensation target of $59K (subject to meeting plan requirements) • Comprehensive health benefits (employer funded) • Unlimited flexible time off (approved) • 401k plan (subject to change or modification from time to time)
