• Lead a team of field-based Key Account Managers to achieve Qutenza® commercial strategy. • Build a customer and patient-centric culture with adherence to compliance regulations. • Drive regional business objectives through hiring, coaching, and team development. • Engage with stakeholders and manage key account relationships effectively. • Monitor sales progress and improve team effectiveness through coaching.
• Bachelors’ Degree from an accredited Institution required or equivalent experience. • Advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience. • 7+ years in pharmaceutical/medical sales, with demonstrated progression of responsibility. • 3+ years direct management of a field sales team including first line leadership experience within biotech or pharmaceutical industry sales. • Expertise and experience of selling within in buy and bill or specialty product promotion, utilizing Specialty Pharmacy and HUB services, including multiple customer sites of care.
