• Identify and prospect for new customers by leveraging email and engaging in heavy outbound calling. • Set up quality meetings, manage a pipeline, nurture relationships, and close deals. • Contribute to sales team units sold. • Develop creative and customized outreach strategies to reach potential customers. • Utilize your resilience, positivity, curiosity, and passion for our mission to remain focused and determined in your outreach and follow-up activities. • Build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of individuals across multiple sectors and mediums.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of proven experience as a Business Development Representative or Inside Sales Account Executive, with a strong background in lead generation through cold calling and emails, managing a pipeline of opportunities, and closing deals. • Willingness to dive into new projects, experiment, quickly learn from failures, and scale successful efforts. • Proficiency in Outreach, Salesforce, Zoominfo, and other sales-based tools and programs. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong organizational and leadership abilities. Problem-solving skills are a must. • A positive mindset, with a strong sense of curiosity and coachability. You should be open to learning new tools, systems, and best -practices to continuously improve. • Flexibility and patience in a rapidly evolving startup environment, understanding that reports and processes may change frequently. • Active listening skills, with a talent for building relationships, tactfully overcoming objections, and finding creative solutions to challenges. • Passionate about our mission of saving lives. • Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to be the “CEO” of your business unit
