β€’ Engage with customers in a technical capacity to help them get the most value out of Axios HQ β€’ Troubleshoot open issues for customers in collaboration with our Account Management team and Engineering team β€’ Deeply understand the HQ product from a user and engineering perspective β€’ Triage incoming requests, find workarounds, and identify root causes β€’ Review and prioritize issues with the engineering team β€’ Contribute to internal tooling around customer support β€’ Working hours: 9am-6pm PT

Requirements

β€’ Track record of providing great customer experiences β€’ Passion for problem-solving β€’ Highly collaborative attitude and comfortable working with cross-functional colleagues at all levels β€’ Strong empathy for user experience β€’ Experience with Javascript/TypeScript β€’ Previous technical experience designing and implementing software solutions is a plus
