Description

• Engage with customers in a technical capacity to help them get the most value out of Axios HQ • Troubleshoot open issues for customers in collaboration with our Account Management team and Engineering team • Deeply understand the HQ product from a user and engineering perspective • Triage incoming requests, find workarounds, and identify root causes • Review and prioritize issues with the engineering team • Contribute to internal tooling around customer support • Working hours: 9am-6pm PT

Requirements

• Track record of providing great customer experiences • Passion for problem-solving • Highly collaborative attitude and comfortable working with cross-functional colleagues at all levels • Strong empathy for user experience • Experience with Javascript/TypeScript • Previous technical experience designing and implementing software solutions is a plus
