📋 Description
• Acting as liaison between direct reports and stakeholders. • Performing annual staff Performance Development Plan reviews. • Approving and monitoring staff expenses. • Overseeing the development of a workflow system. • Conducting process and needs assessments. • Executing regular meetings with staff. • Ensuring staff feel they are supported and heard by management. • Collaborating with staff to monitor Objectives & Key Results. • Providing training and mentoring as required. • Developing and maintaining a high service level standard for the department.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 5 years in a management role. • Extensive experience in Epic broker management system is essential. • Undergraduate University Diploma or Degree, preferably in technology or business, or equivalent experience.
