📋 Description
• The Director of Corporate Development and M&A will play a pivotal role in Maropost’s growth journey. • Partner with the executive team to execute M&A transactions and lead corporate development initiatives. • Identify, evaluate, and conduct possible acquisitions to support Maropost’s growth plan. • Collaborate with company executives before, during and after the M&A processes to make sure agreements make strategic sense. • Leading and conducting due diligence on all aspects of the target’s business (financial, strategic, product, GTM, etc...)
🎯 Requirements
• Master’s degree in business or equivalent. • 5+ years of experience in corporate development in a global, SaaS business (assisting in the execution of M&A transactions), corporate finance, investment, banking or strategy consulting. • Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills. • Ability to organize and oversee intricate cross enterprise initiatives with international outreach. • Multi-tasker with a positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment. • Analytical mind-set with a focus on problem solving. • Teamwork focused, who can work collaboratively. • Strong spoken and written communication skills to effectively communicate.
