📋 Description

• Axonify is the frontline enablement solution that’s science-backed and proven to maximize the potential of workforces. • Our vision is to reinvent the frontline experience, and we thrive giving them what they need to learn, connect, and get things done. • Our SaaS platform is enjoyable, engaging, and easy to use, with an unprecedented 83% engagement rate. • The Account Executive sells Axonify’s modern learning platform to enterprise level clients, penetrating new markets and establishing new named accounts utilizing Axonify’s sales methodology. • You will be responsible for properly working your territory, managing lead flow (creation and managing inbound) through creating a buy vision, articulating a value proposition and navigating the complexities of the decision-making process.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience selling complex B2B SaaS software to enterprise clients, preferably in a disruptive market. Previous experience with eLearning products or solution to support frontline audiences will be a major plus. • Technical solution expertise, in addition to a strong understanding of business, sales and strategic pipeline growth and management. • Expertise in persuading and influencing, gaining support, and planning ahead for prospective sales activities • Ability to deliver effective presentations and be intentional on all communication to create a strong value proposition • Self-motivated, goal oriented, with proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals • Demonstrated experience in prospecting, developing client relationships, and negotiating complex, fully custom deals through to close • Experience managing and tracking activities in Salesforce and working with leadership to create a sales growth plan. • Territory management experience • Flexibility to travel to customer locations within North America up to 25% of the time, when appropriate.
