Description

• Lead and optimize sales compensation programs and planning processes. • Collaborate closely with sales, finance, and HR teams to design effective compensation structures. • Drive strategic planning and provide actionable insights that align with business objectives. • Develop, implement, and manage sales compensation strategies that motivate performance and attract talent. • Work with sales leadership to forecast and plan for revenue and sales targets. • Design and administer fair and competitive incentive plans. • Analyze sales performance and compensation effectiveness to drive performance. • Collaborate with finance to manage budgeting and forecasting of sales compensation. • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain accurate documentation. • Partner with HR, finance, and sales operations to align on strategies. • Assess and refine compensation processes for efficiency and transparency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an MBA is a plus. • 5+ years in sales compensation, sales operations, or financial planning, preferably within the software or SaaS industry. Prior experience in a management or leadership role is preferred. • Strong knowledge of compensation strategies, incentive plans, and sales forecasting. • Proficiency in CRM (e.g., Salesforce), BI tools, and compensation management software. • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally. • Familiarity with SaaS business models and cybersecurity industry dynamics is a plus.
