• Axurians are innovators at heart, driven by a mission to make the internet safer for everyone • Our core values of putting the customer first, taking true ownership, and pursuing smart results define our unique culture • We offer a dynamic and flexible environment where creativity, maturity, and initiative are celebrated • As part of our global, world-class team, you'll collaborate across borders to deliver cutting-edge external cybersecurity solutions • Join us at Axur, where your ideas and expertise will shape the future of digital experiences • Are you interested in working with cybersecurity partners? • We are looking for a Partner Sales Specialist to join our team • An organized, communicative, proactive person willing to identify potential partnerships, which results in the growth of the whole Axur team • A typical workday might include: • Identifying and evaluating potential new partners in the region • Conducting outreach to prospective partners to introduce Axur's solutions and explore collaboration opportunities • Qualifying potential partners based on alignment with company objectives and market needs • Developing and implementing strategies to attract and onboard new partners • Attending industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to identify potential partners • Representing the company at regional events to promote its partnership programs and build brand awareness • Creating and executing a comprehensive partner strategic sales plan to serve as a roadmap for establishing and developing a partner ecosystem to support growth and commercial objectives • Developing and executing go-to-market strategies with partners, understanding and articulating how our solutions help them sell more and provide value to their customers • Identifying new opportunities and generating commercial proposals • Engaging partners, creating and executing business plans to increase portfolio and market share • Developing and delivering training programs to partners to ensure they understand the company's products and services • Ensuring high-quality presentations to partners and their clients, understanding and explaining how Axur's solutions can help their business results • Managing leads and the sales funnel generated by partners • Working effectively across the organization to drive strategic partner initiatives, with support from other areas including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product • Acting as a business consultant to help our partners with their strategy • Maintaining a good relationship with partners, ensuring compliance, and driving the adoption of our sales programs among their sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams • Presenting results to key internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in B2B cybersecurity sales through partners • In-depth knowledge of SaaS models • Experience in prospecting and onboarding new partners • Strong technical acumen and ability to speak about products and solutions • Proven track record of managing and growing strategic partnerships • High motivation to achieve challenging goals • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills in both written and spoken English • Strong commercial skills in effectively identifying partner business needs and opportunities • Ability to accurately forecast revenue on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis • Strong relationships with cybersecurity partners • Availability to travel • The candidate must be located in the United States to perform the duties of this role • Proficiency in using Hubspot or other CRM software • Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a differential
