📋 Description
• The Manager, Sales Partnerships will lead and develop a high-performing Sales Partnership team that is primarily responsible for prospecting new clients for DocCafe (a leading physician and advanced practitioner recruitment platform connecting top medical talent with healthcare organizations nationwide). • Oversee the team’s performance, refine strategies, and optimize processes to maximize success. • Focus on the team’s prospecting clients while tracking team performance, implementing scalable processes, and providing hands-on coaching to drive results.
🎯 Requirements
• Must have a Bachelor's degree • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales management, or business development, preferably in healthcare staffing, recruitment, or SaaS sales. • 3+ years’ experience in people management • Strong understanding of CRM platforms and reporting tools with the ability to grasp new technologies • Proven ability to track and optimize sales-related performance metrics • Strong leadership, training, and coaching skills • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
