Description
•Join Aya Healthcare, a rapidly growing workforce solutions provider in the healthcare industry. •The Regional Director, Provider Solutions will be responsible for creating relationships with hospitals and healthcare systems and winning new business. •He or she will focus on strategically selected key accounts that are not currently contracted with Aya Healthcare. •The Regional Director will help healthcare organizations solve their clinical labor challenges by leveraging Aya Healthcare’s services and software. •This position will be remotely based.
Requirements
•Bachelor's Degree (direct industry experience can be substituted) •Direct relevant experience in Locum Tenens staffing, preferred •Proven success in a sales metrics driven environment •At least 7 years as a top producer in a sales position •Client centered mentality and passion for customer service •Ability to relate to a variety of people and sustain meaningful relationships •Strong motivation to achieve results and meet goals
