• Partner with senior leaders to grow firm's impact and profits in Great Lakes Region • Execute regional growth plan targeting 10% year-over-year growth • Build high-performing diverse leadership team • Define strategic regional growth plans and business initiatives • Identify growth opportunities and champion clients • Advocate best practices for project management and risk mitigation • Represent firm at community events and foster collaboration within firm

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degrees preferred • Minimum 20 years related work experience in A/E/I industry • Build our Brand by being connected externally • Champion our Living-Centered Design ethos • Demonstrate ownership and accountability • Be a great teammate, championing collaboration and design excellence • Champion entrepreneurial behavior • Demonstrate optimistic and inclusive leadership of a diverse team • Demonstrate business acumen regarding risk management • Communicate effectively internally and motivate others
