β€’ The Client Executive Director at Argano plays a crucial role within the sales function, setting strategic direction β€’ Focus on finding mid-market sales clients and building sales projects with them β€’ Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with Argano's business and technology services β€’ Manage and nurture key client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty β€’ Develop and implement plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets β€’ Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to target potential clients β€’ Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth β€’ Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client objectives β€’ Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities β€’ Achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned territories β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling proposals and presentations

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or related field expected β€’ MBA, relevant master's degree or PhD preferred β€’ 8-12 years of related experience in client service or sales β€’ Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas β€’ Strong negotiation and communication skills β€’ Demonstrated experience in achieving significant revenue growth β€’ Proven success in managing complex sales cycles and closing deals β€’ Leadership experience in a sales or account management capacity
