Description

• Lead and manage a team of educational content producers and trainers. • Drive learning enablement strategy to empower platform users. • Establish certification programs and develop monetization strategies. • Grow client community focused on training and support. • Monitor usage metrics to enhance educational initiatives. • Champion user learning needs across functions. • Develop EDU partnerships for long-term growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in educational content development and delivery. • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field from a four-year college or university. • An advanced degree is highly desirable. • Notable track record of people management and team leadership. • Experience supporting large, complex organizations. • Working knowledge of video editing and e-learning authoring software. • Experience with online survey platforms is a plus. • Significant experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other reporting software. • Excellent analytical skills and time management skills. • Exceptional project management skills. • Must be able to travel as required. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
