Description

• Supports maintenance and optimization of learning materials in the Lighthouse Academy. • Contributes to the development of learning materials, with a primary focus on aytm's product enhancements (40%). • Assists in the development of learning materials for aytm's specialized learning programs and internal, non-platform education (60%). • Supports the maintenance of our Help Center (Zendesk). • Executes streamlined workflows to report on learning activities, publish knowledge-base assets, and facilitate internal enrollments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Learning Design, Learning Development, Adult Learning, etc. from a four-year college or university, or equivalent career experience. • Excellent writing skills with a diligent eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar. • Passion for technology and teaching others how to use it. • Basic experience with multimedia production (e.g. video editing, audio production, etc.) preferred but not required. • Ability to work quickly, experiment, learn, and optimize. • Strong communication skills related to using online tools such as Slack, chat apps, Zoom, etc. • Familiarity with online survey platforms (e.g., aytm, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Alchemer, etc.) a plus, but not required.
