β’ Responsible for helping MTC grow its sales within a defined territory and/or product category β’ Gain a comprehensive understanding of MTC products and services β’ Identify, develop and close sales opportunities β’ Conduct in-person and/or digital sales calls with existing customers and prospects β’ Qualify leads using CRM tool (Salesforce) β’ Prepare quotes and set pricing based on established pricelists β’ Assist customers with product design questions and concerns β’ Help get technical specifications included in bid/scope documents β’ Represent MTC at trade shows and/or professional organizations β’ Participate in the development of future business plans, sales and marketing communications
β’ BA/BS degree in business, sales, marketing, engineering, or construction management β’ Minimum of 5-7 years related sales experience within the trenchless industry, CIPP (preferred) β’ Comfortable meeting sales activity and performance expectations β’ Genuine interest in serving customers β’ Self-motivated, competitive and achievement oriented β’ Capable of working independently within a team structure β’ Strong interpersonal skills β good listener/communicator, problem solver and negotiator β’ Travel by automobile and airplane required up to 50-75%
