Description

• Responsible for helping MTC grow its sales within a defined territory and/or product category • Gain a comprehensive understanding of MTC products and services • Identify, develop and close sales opportunities • Conduct in-person and/or digital sales calls with existing customers and prospects • Qualify leads using CRM tool (Salesforce) • Prepare quotes and set pricing based on established pricelists • Assist customers with product design questions and concerns • Help get technical specifications included in bid/scope documents • Represent MTC at trade shows and/or professional organizations • Participate in the development of future business plans, sales and marketing communications

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in business, sales, marketing, engineering, or construction management • Minimum of 5-7 years related sales experience within the trenchless industry, CIPP (preferred) • Comfortable meeting sales activity and performance expectations • Genuine interest in serving customers • Self-motivated, competitive and achievement oriented • Capable of working independently within a team structure • Strong interpersonal skills – good listener/communicator, problem solver and negotiator • Travel by automobile and airplane required up to 50-75%
