• Dynamic and results oriented salesperson sought • Develop new business regionally • Promote healthcare navigation, advocacy, wellness and EAP solutions • Supported by sales leader and sales tools • Identify and engage with human resource leaders and consultants/brokers • Cold calling and leveraging social media for relationship building • Maintain activity in Salesforce • Present Health Advocate’s solutions competently • Remote position with expected travel for presentations

Requirements

• Prefer a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university • At least 4 years of experience in business-to-business development • Experience selling employee health related products or benefits brokerage preferred • Proven success in building a territory • Experience selling to human resource, benefit managers and employee benefit consultants/brokers preferred • Proficiency in working with Salesforce and Microsoft software (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
